Gangs, Scooters and the usual suspects

A busy end to the shift, with a ASB warning issued to a male who habitually loiters at the bottom of the escalators at Morrisons, asking for money, confirming his name and address (yes he has a home) 

A male reported loitering in Hoopers Mews where he was located and detained for a section 23 drugs search and moved on. 
Other than that it was very quiet out in the town centre. 

Our Street Drinkers appear to be getting the message and it was quiet outside the homeless centres, PC Kam then went out with the South Acton Team and had a few extra searches and a vehicle stop. I attended to assist as it was very lively. The scooter riders friends turned up to film the stop and offer help and advice to the officers. My role was just to create space for the officers to complete their work. The males were very excited and loud and so we officers will be visiting their parents to issue these youth the same ASB warnings.
